REGISTRATION FEES:

NOTE: All SETA East registrations include a nonrefundable $75 administration fee. Everyone registering for SETA East will be activated in the SETA online membership directory.

REGISTRATION POLICIES:  

Qualification for Early Bird Discounted Registration Fees: Attendee must register online and postmark payment (Check, Visa, MasterCard – Depositable Funds) by Friday, August 26, 2005. Payments dated or postmarked after August 26 th are due at the regular registration fee. Purchase orders do NOT qualify as payment for the Early Bird Discounted Registration UNLESS payment in depositable funds is postmarked by the August 26 th deadline.

Regular Registration Fees: Purchase orders will be accepted for the Regular Registration fee; payment is preferred prior to the conference, but will be accepted without penalty up to 21 days after the conclusion of SETA East 2005. If you are “paying” by purchase order, please see cancellation policy.

OnSite Registration: either for the full conference or Monday ONLY – must be paid in full at time of registration. Onsite, SETA will accept a check, cash, Visa or MasterCard.

Credit Card Payments: SETA accepts ONLY Visa or MasterCard.

SUNY Training Center Points: Those SUNY institutions that are members of the SUNY Training Center may use their “Training Center Points” to pay the registration fee(s) for individuals from those campuses wishing to attend the conference.  We strongly recommend that you check with your campus’s liaison to the Training Center and/or the Training Center itself before registering with this option to ascertain that Training Center points are available for your use.  Please be aware that in some situations points may have already been used and/or set aside for future usage by your respective campus liaison.  If you are uncertain who your campus liaison is please either:

1. Go to the Training Center’s web site at www.tc.suny.edu and click on the link in the General Information section of the home page titled “What are Training Center Points and whom do I contact to use them?”, or
2. Call the SUNY Training Center at 315-464-4078 and inquire of them directly.

Please note that if you do register and select to pay with Training Center Points and we subsequently learn that they are not available to you – you will be billed in full for the balance required.  Also, Training Center Points may be used for payment but not ITEC Points.

CANCELLATION:  

All registrations are considered valid unless cancelled. The $75 administrative fee portion of the SETA East Registration is not refundable. If you register online and cannot attend, cancellation in writing (email, fax, mail) must be received at the SETA office by Friday, September 9, 2005. SETA will NOT refund payments on cancellations after September 9, 2005. However, SETA will accept the substitution of an attendee without penalty by transferring payment to the replacement attendee. If you are “paying” by purchase order, SETA will require payment of your registration fee if you do not attend and have not cancelled your registration.
