SETA West PreConference Workshops -- Saturday, November 4

ONLINE REGISTRATION:

REGISTRATION FEES:

NOTE: All SETA West registrations include a nonrefundable $75 administration fee.  Everyone registering for SETA West will be activated in the SETA online membership directory (new or renewing membership).

REGISTRATION POLICIES:  

Qualification for Early Bird Discounted Registration Fees:  Attendee must register online and postmark payment (Check, Visa, MasterCard – Depositable Funds) by Saturday, September 30, 2006.  Payments dated or postmarked after September 30th are due at the regular registration fee.  Purchase orders do NOT qualify as payment for the Early Bird Discounted Registration UNLESS payment in depositable funds is postmarked by the September 30th deadline.

Regular Registration Fees:  Purchase orders will be accepted for the Regular Registration fee; payment is preferred prior to the conference, but will be accepted without penalty up to 21 days after the conclusion of SETA West 2006.  If you are “paying” by purchase order, please see cancellation policy.

OnSite Registration:  either for the full conference or Monday ONLY – must be paid in full at time of registration.  Onsite, SETA will accept a check, cash, Visa or MasterCard.

Credit Card Payments:  SETA accepts ONLY Visa or MasterCard.

PreConference Workshops:  On Saturday, November 4th, a SETA West 2006 attendee may attend PreConference Workshops at $50 for one workshop or $75 for two workshops.   Individuals not attending SETA West 2006 may register for the PreConference Workshops at $125 for one workshop or $150 for two.  Registration for the PreConference Workshops closes on October 20, 2006; there will NOT be onsite registration for the PreConference Workshops at SETA West.  (NOTE:  Cancellation deadline for SETA West PreConference Workshops is 5 PM Eastern, Friday, October 20, 2006.  Please review cancellation policy regarding refund policy.)

CANCELLATION:  

SETA West 2006 Registration:  All registrations are considered valid unless cancelled.  The $75 administrative fee portion of the SETA West Registration is not refundable.   If you register online and cannot attend, cancellation in writing (email, fax, mail) must be received at the SETA office by Friday, October 20, 2006.  SETA will NOT refund payments on cancellations after October 20, 2006.  However, SETA will accept the substitution of an attendee without penalty by transferring payment to the replacement attendee.  If you are “paying” by purchase order, SETA will require payment of your registration fee if you do not attend and have not cancelled your registration.

SETA West 2006 PreConference Registrations:  SETA must receive written notice of your intent to cancel your registration for a PreConference Workshop by 5 PM Eastern on October 20, 2006.  Cancellation of workshop registration after this time is not refundable.  Refund Policy – preconference workshop registrations combined with SETA West 2006 registrations – the full preconference workshop registration fee is refundable if written notice received per policy; preconference workshop registrations not tied to SETA West 2006 registration – cancellation of one workshop, a $75 nonrefundable administrative fee is retained; cancellation of two workshop registrations, the total nonrefundable registration fee retained is $75.
